Product details

D-alpha Tocopherol(1000iu-1430iu) is a clear, amber color, viscous oil having a slight characteristic vegetable oil aroma and a mild taste. It may oxidize upon exposure to air and light, resulting in gradual darkening. Nitrogen blanketing and protection from light, from heat, from transition metals, and from alkalis are recommended. It is derived from IP-certified, not genetically modified raw materials.

Product Standards

Content: 1000IU, 1200IU, 1300IU, 1430IU, 1490IU

Performance: This product uses soybean oil as the raw material, through the three-step chemical process of pretreatment, adsorption separation, methylol hydrogenation transformation, and molecular distillation, it is purified and compounded into various specifications of natural vitamin E.

Functions

1. Promote the absorption of VA and fat, improve the body's nutritional supply, and enhance the absorption and utilization of nutrients by muscle cells.

2. At the same time, because of its promotion of nucleic acid metabolism, D-alpha Tocopherol can effectively eliminate oxygen free radicals in the body, maintain the vigorous function of various organs, and play a role in delaying aging.

Uses: Production of VE health capsules, food nutrition fortifiers, vitamin E derivatives, additives for high-end cosmetics, raw materials for high-end animal feeds.

The difference with synthetic vitamin E:

1. Physical and chemical properties: The density of natural VE is 0.97g/cm3, there are 8 kinds of isomers, and the optical activity is d-type, the density of synthetic VE is 1.59 g/cm3, there is no isomerism, and no optical activity, it is dl-type.

2. Physiological activity and toxicity: After oral administration in mice, it is found that the LD50 of synthetic vitamin E is 5g/kg, while natural VE is safe, and the US FDA will also list it in GRAS. The physiological activity of natural alpha vitamin E used as a nutritional supplement is 1.49 times that of synthetic products, and the order of antioxidant activity is δ>β>γ>α

Production method

Natural VE is extracted and concentrated from plants (soybeans, rapeseed, etc.), and synthetic VE is chemically synthesized from raw materials such as trimethylhydroquinone and isophytol.

Packing: 20kg, 50kg, 200kg iron drum.

Storage: D-alpha Tocopherol should be preserved in tightly closed containers protected from light, heat, and air. Do not expose to alkalis or strong oxidizing agents, store for 24 months under nitrogen-filled conditions.
